I started reading The Righteous Mind by social psychologist and NYU professor, Jonathan Haidt. So far, its been interesting reading about parental authority doesnt actually have that much to do with a child learning right from wrong. In fact, according to ehat ive read thus far, the efforts of a parent to dictate that a chiod behave in right or wrong ways, too early in their devekopment, will actualky hinder their cultivation or moral understanding.
I’m enjoying this book so far.
